THE EXPRESS LAW welcomes submissions of Articles, Research Papers, and Essays on legal issues.
Procedural Steps for Submissions
An email to theexpresslaw@gmail.com with the subject: “Article/ Research Paper/ Essays Submission”.
The body of the email should include
Title of the Article/ Research Paper/ Essay
Name of the author (maximum of 2 authors per submission)
Designation/year of the author
Place of work/university of the author
LinkedIn profile/ short description of the author
Abstract of 100 to 200 words (as a separate word attachment)- (optional)
Article/ Research Paper/ Essay (as a separate word attachment)
All submissions made to Express Law must be unpublished and original work of the author.
Formatting Guidelines
The word limit for the submissions is minimum 750 words (excluding citations).
The submitted work must be in Font Times New Roman, Font size- 12 and Line spacing- 1.5.
All references must be In-text Hyperlinks or Endnotes in Bluebook Format 20th edition or OSCOLA 4th edition. The citation style must be constant.
Selection Criteria
Originality, relevance, current issues, and the quality of arguments raised will be preferred.
Review of the submission will be done within 15 days.
All submission will be sent back with recommendations.
However, publication of the submitted work will be done after the recommendations have been duly incorporated by the author.

Express Law reserves all rights on the Articles/ Research Papers/ Essays published on the platform. It also reserves the right to make changes to the article without the consent of the author.
Express Law condemns plagiarism and will not be liable for any plagiarism on publication of the submitted work. The author himself/ herself will be responsible for any form of plagiarism.
